Once the foundations of our collaboration are defined, the actual process begins:
- Material reduction
- Homogenization and preparation by dosing the appropriate auxiliaries
- Definition of compaction, weight, density, and dimensions of the new material
- Panel creation: the entire treatment is dry-processed with zero emissions into the atmosphere

The final result is defined alongside the Wetex team, based on the company’s needs and the specific characteristics of the collected material. The final applications and products (which can be fully customized) are suitable for diverse uses. Originality and functionality are their core features.
From Waste to Product: Proven Solutions
The goal is to create new functional products that pave the way for new market opportunities using innovative materials. Among our proven applications, we offer:
- FloorTex: solutions for the construction industry, tiles for civil and industrial flooring, and furnishing solutions for trade fairs.
- ProTex: materials designed for the furniture and design sector and for the production of objects via compression-thermoforming.
- CartoTex: products for the paper industry and protective packaging.
- AsphalTex: a bituminous conglomerate ideal for cycle paths and pedestrian walkways.

Milestones and Intellectual Property
One of the fundamental pillars for the protection and value of the project is the filing of a European industrial property patent, which will ensure the protection of the entire production process on an international scale.
The roadmap includes milestones for the launch of the industrial project, including the development of our first industrial plant, which is currently underway.The goal is to create a self-sufficient and protected production system, capable of transforming a commitment to sustainability into a concrete and lasting competitive advantage.
